At scentshop.io, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to find a fragrance that feels just right. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

  • 14-Day Return Period: You can return any items you don’t love within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Free Returns: Returns are always on us. Simply follow the steps below to start your return.
  • Shipping Costs: If your order included fewer than three products, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
  • Return Limit: We process one return request per order, so please ensure all items you'd like to return are included in the same package under a single return label.

 

How to Return:

  1. Email us at help@scentshop.io or reach out on Instagram or Facebook to request a return label.
  2. Provide a picture of the product(s) you wish to return to assist in processing your request.
  3. Pack your items securely and ship them back using the provided label.

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned items, we will issue a full refund for the product(s).
  • Shipping Costs: If your order included fewer than three products, original shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of receipt.
